Have you ever wondered what it takes to plan one of KCYP’s biggest and most impactful events of the year? Now’s your chance to find out!
Join us for our Elevate Committee Interest Meeting and get a behind-the-scenes look at how the Elevate Gala comes to life.
You’ll learn about the vision for Elevate 2027, what goes into planning a large-scale event, and the different subcommittees you can be part of — from sponsorships and marketing to logistics and guest experience. This is a great opportunity to:
✨ Learn how to plan a major community event
✨ Get involved in a meaningful KCYP initiative
✨ Connect with other driven, like-minded young professionals
The Elevate Committee officially launches in May and runs through January, meeting monthly (with more frequent meetings as the event approaches). Please note, this is a closed committee, so this open meeting is your opportunity to get involved! Come learn, connect, and be part of creating something truly special.
Join us for an unforgettable evening of live music, community, and giving back — all in support of Safe Passage. Enjoy performances from talented local artists, connect with others in the community, and explore a thoughtfully curated silent auction featuring items you won’t want to miss. Special Offer: The first 15 people to purchase tickets will receive $5 off — just use code KCYP at checkout!

KCYP Events & Marketing Committee Meeting
Join us on the second Wednesday of each month for the KCYP Events & Marketing Committee meeting. The meeting begins promptly at 6:00 PM, but feel free to arrive early to network and socialize with fellow members.
This committee focuses on planning upcoming KCYP events, reviewing past events, and discussing what worked and what didn’t. Your ideas and feedback are valued, and all KCYP members are welcome to participate. This is your opportunity to have a direct voice in shaping KCYP’s events, marketing efforts, and overall experience.
Come share your input, collaborate with others, and help make KCYP events even better.
